[News] Kim Hyun Joong Shoots Motorcycle Chase and Fiery Crash Scene for ‘City Conquest’
Is Kim Hyun Joong looking to establish himself as the next action star? New preview still cuts of a major action scene for the upcoming drama City Conquest have been unveiled. A 200 million won-costing MV Agusta motorcycle was used for the chase scene which also involved a fiery crash involving two cars. The stunts were overseen by the same team that oversaw the special effects for the drama Iris. The scale of the enormous explosion was said to be a nerve-wrecking one to shoot as the ensuing debris could have proven hazardous to those around.
As the drama is dramatizing the original series, security is being kept tight on the set to prevent spoilers. City Conquest is also raising the anticipation of fans as its will be helmed by director Yang Yoon Ho, who previously directed the action-heavy Iris.
Filming for the drama is expected to take place all over the world including the U.S., China, Singapore, Myanmar, Switzerland and more.
Junior wins ‘Music Bank’ K-Chart + Performances from July 20th!

As for the winners, T-ara faced off against Super Junior for this week’s ‘K-Chart’, but in the end, it was Super Junior who clinched the ‘K-Chart’ win with “Sexy, Free & Single“.

Girl group Sistar reached the summit of Music Bank.
On the episode of KBS 2TV’s Music Bank that aired live on the afternoon of July 13, Sistar embraced the winning trophy with “Loving U.” This is the first time that Sistar ranked first place with this song.
The members of Sistar shed tears and thanked their fans and agency acquaintances. Before their encore performance, they bowed in front of the fans.

Recently, actor Song Seung Hun revealed a photo taken with JYJ’s Kim Jae Joong and Jin Yi Han.
On July 14, Song tweeted a picture taken with the cast of MBC’s drama series Dr. Jin with the comment “A three-member boy group about to debut! Give us a name!”
Song, JYJ’s Kim Jae Joong, and Jin Yi Han are dressed in costumes of their characters of the series, looking at different directions. Their legs are crossed in one direction which makes them look as if they belong to one group, and it inspires laughter among viewers.
