화장품 브랜드 더페이스샵은 아시아 9개국서 소비자모델 선발대회인 ‘글로벌 탑걸(TOPGIRL) 이벤트’를 개최하고 이달 총 9명의 소비자모델 ‘탑걸’을 선정했다고 25일 밝혔다.

이번 ‘글로벌 탑걸 이벤트’ 는 싱가폴을 비롯해 베트남, 말레이시아, 인도네시아, 태국, 필리핀, 중국, 미얀마, 대만 총 9개 국가가 참여했으며, 온라인 및 현장을 통해 약 2만 여 명에 달하는 소비자들이 응모해 현지 미디어의 뜨거운 관심을 받았다.

또 더페이스샵은 26일부터 이틀간 ‘탑걸’ 9인과 현지 미디어를 국내에 초청해 기념행사 및 지면 광고 촬영, 자사 모델 김현중과의 칵테일 파티, 한국문화 체험 등 다양한 행사를 진행한다.
